Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (if applicable): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will normally be updated within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping options to select countries. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Furry Haven Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
